Fortius offers two types: Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) and Team Training.

SGPT (Small Group Personal Training)
Semi-private personal training sessions with 1 coach and up to 6 members. Our gym facility is specifically designed to offer SGPT, with classes daily am & pm. Read on for the benefits of SGPT.

TEAM TRAINING
We offer our 3 types of Team Training Classes;
UPPERS / BARBELL / SWEAT
Our members often balance attendance at these around their SGPT sessions, they are included FREE with all Memberships.

COST EFFECTIVE All the benefits of personal training without the extra cost! This means you can train more regularly with your coach, this has been proven to gain quicker and longer lasting results.

BESPOKE PROGRAMMING Our coaches are full-time employees of Fortius, their priority is to focus on planning amazing programs that work for our members. Completed in 4 week blocks, each program is tailored to your needs and suited to your ability and skill level. They are designed to build strength and have you looking and feeling great!

CUSTOMER SERVICE The Fortius 6 Week Challenge is a fantastic way to get started and try us out, helping to ensure that we are the best fit for you! It includes x3 weekly SGPT sessions, FREE classes, inBody assessment, learning resources, weekly consultations and help with goal setting. All received along with the continuous support and guidance from our world class coaching team.
RESULTS Training as part of a small group creates accountability. It helps encourage healthy competition and camaraderie amongst our members, motivating you to work hard and get results!
