You’ll become familiar with your coaches during your small group sessions. They’ll guide you through every part of your workout, tailoring each session to suit your needs. All you need to do is show up and be prepared to get a good workout in. We’ll adapt each session to you, depending what session you are on that week, what your focus is, how you're feeling that day, or any injuries or niggles you may have. That’s what makes your training truly PERSONAL.
TIMETABLE & SESSIONS
With 40 Personal Training sessions each week and flexible booking up to two weeks ahead, you can train when it suits you.
Our expert coaches and multiple training zones ensure high-quality, personalised sessions. We help you to build autonomy using primarily free weights, with machine-based work to support your progress. Members also get access to our open gym and selected cardio equipment if you are looking for extra workouts to fit into your daily schedule.
