At Fortius we care about our members- our coaches provide a high standard of service with ACCOUNTABILITY that helps keep you on track.
Our Traffic Light check-in approach is the perfect method to check in with you and see how you're getting on, helping to identify anything we can help with.
The system works as follows;

GREEN = I'M GOOD
You don't feel you need any support at this point. You feel happy and content that your training is progressing and that you are working to achieve your goals. You're feeling happy and focused with consistent training, nutrition, sleep & stress.

AMBER = I'M JUST OK
You're still making progress and able to focus, but feeling just not quite right. You are possibly struggling with one or several elements of your training. Sometimes this could be as simple as your calorie targets/ sleep/ mood or focus during a specific session. If you check-in as amber we'll discuss and make adaptations to help get you back to green!

RED = I'M NOT GOOD & READY TO QUIT
We never like to find our members at this point. But it does happen whether its training/ lifestyle/stress /nutrition related- we are here to support you and will help you to build back your confidence, review and focus on your goals and most importantly get back to enjoying your training!
It's natural that all members go through different stages and are never 100% motivated and focused all the time. We all go through episodes of being highly motivated, to lacking motivation, to feeling stressed from work or home to struggling to achieve set goals or suffering injuries. This system is designed to help you and us identify when you need support, whether that involves an adjustment to your training routine, some advice on your nutrition habits or even as simple as a quick chat!
